1976 Ford Bronco, (302)V8, 4x4, with C4 Auto. I’ve had this bronco 2 years. All the work has been done under my ownership. I only put 1200 mile on the bronco since done. Here is a summary of the work that has been done under my ownership.
Engine Bay: Engine rebuild not sure. The engine has run great. Compression was average 135lb. Oil pressure 40lb engine idling. I felt no need to tear into the engine. New hoses, belts, plugs & wires, edelbrok 500cfm carb, aluminum intake, distributor, radiator, water pump, battery, coil, alternator, power steering pump (changed to Signaw Pump).
Transmission: Tranny shifts fine. Changed fluid filter.
Suspension: 4” Lift that came on bronco when I got it. I replaced the shocks front & back. All new Front End Bushings (C-caps, Tack, & Radius). New Body Mounts.
Brakes: All new brake lines front to back, master cylinder, rotors, pads, calipers, rear shoes wheel cylinders, spring kit, emergency cables.
